A careful address review prevents avoidable delays: requests are reviewed only for merchandise received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, and notice must arrive within thirty days after delivery. This is not a no-reason or change-of-mind return program.
Tracking provides the first delivery record: the request must include the order number, checkout email, a clear explanation, and photos or video. Items must not be mailed back without written authorization.
Some shipments can face operational limits: we may request further evidence before deciding eligibility. Approved cases can result in a replacement when stock allows or a refund to the original payment method; provider processing time may continue after approval.
